Question 4

The CLPNA’s mandate is public protection through the registration of nurses. The CLPNA conducts additional reviews of applicants who have:

  • been convicted of a criminal offense
  • received a pardon
  • outstanding criminal charges

These reviews ensure the public will not be at risk if an applicant with criminal record is registered.

Have you ever been charged or convicted of a criminal offense for which you have not been pardoned?
